These terms describe shopping and use of this HydroJug store. Read them alongside our delivery, return, payment and privacy pages when deciding to place an order.

Using the website responsibly

Use the store for lawful purposes and provide accurate information. Attempts to disrupt the site, misuse another person's details, bypass security or interfere with other shoppers are not permitted.

Product details and availability

We aim to describe the offered drinkware and accessories accurately. Review the selected capacity, color and compatibility before ordering. Screens can display colors differently, and an error in a listing or stock record may need correction. A material description error will not remove any remedy available under applicable law.

Placing an order

An order is an offer to purchase. Acceptance depends on product availability, payment authorization and the order review process; a receipt acknowledgment alone does not resolve those checks. If an inventory, pricing, address or payment issue prevents fulfillment, we will communicate about the order and any appropriate correction or refund.

Prices are stated in USD. Review taxes and shipping charges shown at checkout before payment. Card authorization and billing questions are covered by Payment Policy.

Delivery expectations

We currently deliver to Canada. Normal processing is 1–2 business days after successful payment authorization; estimated transit after dispatch is 4–6 business days, excluding weekends and applicable holidays. Estimates may change because of carrier or other delivery conditions. Report a delivery concern so it can be investigated; responsibility is governed by the circumstances and applicable consumer law, not simply by a carrier scan. Returns, exchanges and refunds

We accept returns of defective and non-defective new merchandise, including a change of mind when the non-defective item is unused and in original condition, and we accept exchanges subject to review and stock. Request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days after delivery. A defective or damaged item does not have to be fault-free to qualify.

Get approval and the correct instructions before mailing a return using the free prepaid label included in your package. Contact us if that label is missing or lost. Eligible returns have no label charge or covered return-postage charge, and no restocking fee applies. An approved refund is processed and initiated to the original payment method within 10 days after approval; the issuer may need additional posting time. Content, legal rights and changes

Product imagery, text and other site materials are protected by their owners' intellectual property rights. Do not reproduce or commercially exploit them without permission or another lawful basis. Any limitation of responsibility applies only to the extent allowed by law; mandatory consumer protections remain available.

We may revise these terms for future use of the store. Updates do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase. Questions about these terms can be raised through Contact Us.
